- Closings will start at their scheduled time and will be completed in an efficient manner;
- All Closings will be conducted by an experienced and knowledgeable Attorney;
- We will standardize procedures so that you will receive the same level of service in each office we operate;
- We will buy the best quality furniture, fixtures and equipment in each office we operate;
- We will greet all who visit us with a “Coke and a smile”;
- A file will be opened and title/survey ordered immediately upon receipt of a title order;
- We will prepare a preliminary HUD-1 the day we receive a closing package and fax it to the loan officer for review;
- Upon approval of the Lender, the HUD-1 will be faxed to agents, buyer and seller. All HUDs will be faxed before closing if at all possible;
- We will return all phone calls as soon as possible;
- We will return to the Lenders closing department packages within the time required by the lender;
- We will complete all post closing matters efficiently to the satisfaction of our clients and associates.
