Ferguson McManamy's primary area of focus is on providing residential real estate closing services to Builders, Lenders, Real Estate Agents and their clients and customers. Our philosophy is to identify common problems in residential lending transactions, design procedures to intercept each prior to closing so that the closing is started when scheduled and completed in an efficient and timely manner.
The firm’s partners have been practicing residential real estate law since 1983. Over these 20 some odd years we have adapted to changes in the market place and have remained on the edge of technological innovation. We have spent the time, the money and the resources to make certain that closings are completed in an efficient manner.
This begins with proper staffing. The firm is committed to finding and recruiting the best attorneys and staff in the market place. Our current staff is continually trained to follow designed procedures to make you and your clients experience a pleasant one

Work flow is scheduled such that any problems are discovered and corrected well in advance of the actual closing. Titles are ordered when received and once completed, each is reviewed by an in house attorney. Problems are identified and a proper resolution undertaken.
We promise our clients that if we have instructions from the lender that we will delivering a closing statement in advance of closing. We promise our clients that we will deliver a closing statement prior to the close of business on the day we receive closing instructions.
After the closing is completed our job does not end. We maintain a full time staff of post closing professionals to make certain that all post closing matters are completed in an efficient and timely matter.
