We do everything within our means to insure that as little time as necessary is spent in closing while still making the Purchaser feel comfortable with the transaction. We feel that closings should last no more than 1 hour; we can guarantee this exceptional service through the following:

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFIED AND COURTEOUS STAFF

Our Partners have been closing residential transactions since 1983. Our associates have had extensive experience in closing all types of real estate loans including government loans.

Our support staff is comprised of the most experienced and qualified individuals in the area. Our highly qualified closing secretaries are trained to effectively deal with the purchasers, builders, agents and lenders. They are carefully screened for their qualifications and ability to handle stressful situations.

ON TIME SERVICE

Closings start on time. Unless there are circumstances beyond our control we will start on the hour. Also, at the end of the month when we transact the majority of business, we have additional experienced, and qualified attorneys and staff to support the increased workload. We have always been committed to provide the necessary labor resources needed to accomplish our job in a professional and courteous manner.

HIGHEST LEVEL OF SERVICE

We pride ourselves on the quality of service we offer our clients. We make several basic commitments to our clients that we feel are necessary to insure a smooth closing. These commitments are not standard in our industry. These commitments are as follows:

  1. We will prepare a preliminary settlement statement for all parties as soon as we receive a good faith estimate from the lender. If instructions are faxed before 4:00 p.m. on any day, we will get a preliminary final settlement statement out for review that day. We will follow up with purchasers, sellers and agents to ensure everyone receives a copy prior to closing;
  2. The title search and survey will be ordered the same day we receive the request. An attorney reviews every title the day it comes in, and immediately handle any problems. We do not wait until the day of closing to check for problems; and
  3. We will contact all parties and ask that any information such as insurance, surveys, power of attorneys etc… be faxed to us prior to closing for review, and we will have the information approved by the lender prior to closing when necessary.

KNOWLEDGE BASED

We will become familiar with each of your products, all of your staff and other parties with whom you work. We will not bother the sales agents and other parties for the same information at each closing. We will do everything that is in our control to assure that the closing occurs at the time and date originally scheduled.

EQUIPED TO HANDLE VOLUME

Our offices are always staffed and equipped to handle high volume. We have state of the art technology and equipment to enable us to efficiently handle 20 or more closings per day. We have ten attorneys, staff experienced in handling multiple closings an hour, and extensive experience in scheduling, preparing and closing high volume without the parties to the transaction feeling rushed or pushed.
